A multi-functional flare that can be a road flare or a safety wand. Strong enough to withstand heavy truck traffic yet light enough to hold easily in your hand to direct traffic. May be used for Emergency safety flare that can be held in your hand or placed on the ground to identify road hazards, signal for help, mark detours, or direct traffic.
