The most important thing about the product I received was that it did not work. The batteries worked (I'll get to that in a minute), but even with the remote and the receiver touching each other, I could not get the receiver to beep when I pressed the corresponding button on the remote.Now, I know the problem was not the batteries, because due to a terrible product design, I was able to make the receiver beep--just not the way you'd want to. The receiver comes with a watch battery, which is held on by a quarter-sized cover that basically functions as a button. Yes, this keychain that you're supposed to keep in your pocket or purse will beep if you squeeze it (but not if you press the finder button on the remote.)Piece. Of. Crap.
